Transneft signs agreement with Gazprom Neft on settlement of Druzhba force-majeure
MOSCOW. April 30 (Interfax) - Transneft signed an agreement with Gazprom Neft on Thursday on settling the consequences of a force-majeure on the Druzhba pipeline, Transneft Vice President Maxim Grishanin said during a conference call.
"Following this unpleasant incident we held successful, in our view, negotiations with our consignors on settling the consequences, on compensation for their losses from this event. As of now, settlement has been completed with companies from Kazakhstan, Lukoil companies, and Surgutneftegas companies in terms of volumes, the size of payment to the Mozyr refinery in Belarus has been approved, and today we signed an agreement on settlement with Gazprom Neft companies," Grishanin said.
