Moscow region reaches plateau in Covid-19 cases - governor

KRASNOGORSK. April 29 (Interfax) - The Moscow region has reached a plateau in Covid-19 cases, the region's Governor Andrei Vorobyev said.

"We've reached a plateau... probably, this is a plateau. As regards the growth rate, it's 5%-7%. I think that we'll remain here for a while. Then, it will continue to decline," Vorobyev told the Rossiya-1 television channel.

The Moscow region currently has a total of 10,917 Covid-19 cases. Ninety patient with the novel coronavirus have died and another 389 have recovered and have been discharged from hospitals.
