Russian cosmonaut Skripochka, NASA astronauts Morgan, Meir return to Earth from ISS

MOSCOW. April 17 (Interfax) - The Soyuz MS-15 spacecraft's landing capsule safely touched down in Kazakhstan, bringing Russian cosmonaut Oleg Skripochka and NASA astronauts Andrew Morgan and Jessica Meir back to Earth from the International Space Station (ISS).

"Landing has happened," Roscosmos announced during a live broadcast.

The landing capsule touched down southeast of the city of Zhezkazgan in Kazakhstan's Karaganda region.

Specialists working with the crew upon return are taking all necessary precautions due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
