Govt to include nonfood retail in most affected sectors list - PM
MOSCOW. April 16 (Interfax) - The Russian government will include non-food retail in the list of sectors most affected by the spread of coronavirus, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said.
"The measures the president announced yesterday are additional direct aid for citizens, small and medium enterprises and the most affected sectors of the economy. Their purpose is to support employment and incomes of those who are working and those temporarily without work. With this in mind the government will expand the list of such enterprises and will include trade in non-food goods," Mishustin said at a Cabinet meeting.
