Thirty Russian aerospace industry personnel diagnosed with coronavirus - Rogozin

MOSCOW. April 15 (Interfax) - Thirty staff members of the Russian aerospace industry have been diagnosed with coronavirus, and four of them have now recovered, Roscosmos head Dmitry Rogozin said.

"Information about aerospace industry staff members who contracted coronavirus (2019-nCoV) as of 10 a.m. on April 15, 2020: the total number of cases is 30, 4 have recovered," Rogozin said on Twitter.

Rogozin said earlier at a meeting on aerospace industry development chaired by Russian President Vladimir Putin that the coronavirus pandemic has had an extremely negative effect on the industry and brought international cooperation to a standstill. Quarantine is leading to additional expenditures for enterprises, which must pay salaries and keep their equipment in working condition, and there are also coronavirus containment costs.
