Only increase in oil demand can change situation; not OPEC+ production restrictions - Novak

MOSCOW. April 2 (Interfax) - The current situation on the oil market will only change if there is an increase in oil demand, and OPEC+ countries limiting production will not change it, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on air with the Ekho Moskvy radio station.
