No Russian Constitutional Court judges publish differing opinion on conclusion on constitutional amendments
ST. PETERSBURG. March 31 (Interfax) - None of the Russian Constitutional Court's judges voiced any differing opinions regarding the court's conclusion on the bill on proposed constitutional amendments.
Under the court's rules of procedure, the text of any differing opinion shall be presented no later than 14 days after the court's final decision is proclaimed or adopted (when a matter is reviewed without holding hearings). The text of a differing opinion shall be published on electronic databases (legal information directories) and on the database of the Constitutional Court's information system.
The deadline for submitting differing opinions has already expired. No such opinions have been published.
