First patient recovers from coronavirus in Ukraine
KYIV. March 20 (Interfax) - The first person in Ukraine has recovered from the Covid-19 coronavirus, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
"First of all, there is very good news. A patient from Chernivtsi has again been tested for coronavirus, and his test was negative for the second time. This means we can officially say that Ukraine now has its first person to have recovered from coronavirus. He will be discharged from hospital today and will return home," Zelensky said in an address to Ukrainian citizens on Friday.
