Avtovaz, SocGen agree terms for funding Renault license acquisition
MOSCOW. June 17 (Interfax) - Avtovaz and Societe General Tuesday signed a credit deal in Paris, according to which the bank will lend the biggest Russian car producer EUR 171.5 million to finance the acquisition of licenses from Renault, as per agreements signed on October 1, 2008, Avtovaz said in a statement.
