Lukoil buying 45% of Dutch refinery from Total for $725 mln
MOSCOW. June 19 (Interfax) - Lukoil is buying a 45% interest in the TRN oil refinery in the Netherlands from French Total, the Russian oil major said in a statement.
The $725-million deal is planned for closing before the end of the year.
