Representatives of Eni not part of Gazprom Neft board
MOSCOW. June 22 (Interfax) - Representatives of Italy's Eni are no included in Gazprom Neft's board of directors, which was elected at an annual meeting on Monday, an Interfax correspondent present at the meeting reported.
Joining the board instead of the Eni representatives are the following: first deputy head of OJSC Gazprom's legal department Vladimir Alisov and the first deputy head of the company's department for marketing and processing of gas and liquid hydrocarbons Alexander Mikheyev.
Retaining their positions on the Gazprom Neft board are Gazprom chairman Alexei Miller, deputy heads of the gas concern Andrei Kruglov and Valery Golubev, members of Gazprom's management committee Kirill Seleznev, Vasily Podyuk, Olga Pavlova and Nikolai Dubik, as well as Alexander Dyukov, the head of Gazprom Neft.
The shareholders also approved CJSC PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit as the company's main auditor.
