Russia affirms violations in lodging of Khodorkovsky appeal with Strasbourg court

ST. PETERSBURG. July 13 (Interfax) - Russia is preparing for the autumnal hearings of former Yukos CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky's appeal at the European Court of Human Rights, Russian Justice Minister Alexander Konovalov told the media in St. Petersburg on Monday.

"We are preparing for the autumnal hearings and will take part in our regular way," he said.

The Russian justice called attention to violations in the lodging of the appeal during the preliminary hearing, the minister said.

"We will continue to indicate these violations," he said.
