Russian ruble to appreciate 1.5% in 2010, decline 0.7% in 2011-2012

MOSCOW. July 15 (Interfax) - The Russian ruble exchange rate will appreciate 1.5% in 2010 before edging down 0.7% in 2011-2012, the Economic Development Ministry said in a forecast for the period 2010-2012 released on Wednesday.
