Pakhomov from Rosavia to head STC Russia
ST. PETERSBURG. July 21 (Interfax) - Roman Pakhomov from OJSC Rosavia has been appointed as general director of State Transport Company Russia as of July 21, 2009, as source at STC Russia told Interfax.
State Transport Company Russia is the country's largest state-owned air company and the leading air carrier in the Northwestern region.
