Russian govt confirms Russian Railways board of directors
MOSCOW. July 22 (Interfax) - The Russian government has issued a decree endorsing the results of Russian Railways' (RZD) annual general meeting.
As expected, no changes were made to the RZD board of directors. Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Zhukov remains the chairman and the only government representative on the board.
The other eight board members are: VTB Bank Chairman Andrei Kostin; RZD President Vladimir Yakunin; former Transmashholding chairman of the board Dmitry Komissarov; Centreinvest Group President Vladimir Gusakov; former Gazprom Neft CEO Alexander Ryazanov; Troika Dialog managing director Andrei Sharonov; Vnesheconombank (VEB) first deputy chairman Nikolai Kosov; and Alexander Shokhin, head of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE).
