Russian state debt to total 13.4% of GDP in 2010, 15.7% in 2011, 16.4% in 2012

MOSCOW. July 27 (Interfax) - Russia's total state debt will amount to 13.4% of GDP in 2010, 15.7% in 2011 and 16.4% in 2012, Andrei Lavrov, head of the Finance Ministry's budget planning department, said at a briefing in the run-up to the draft budget for 2010 and the planned period of 2011-2012 being submitted to the government.

In 2010, domestic state debt will amount to 3.592 trillion rubles and foreign state debt will total 2.098 trillion rubles, in 2011 - 4.356 trillion rubles and 2.985 trillion rubles and in 2012 - 4.557 trillion rubles and 4.007 trillion rubles.

State debt will amount to 0.5% of GDP in 2009. Domestic debt will total 2.698 trillion rubles in 2009 and foreign debt will amount to 1.361 trillion rubles.
