Novosibirsk Tin places almost 19% of share issue
MOSCOW. Aug 10 (Interfax) - Novosibirsk Tin Combine (NOK) has placed just under 19% of a supplementary share issue.
Russia's biggest tin producer said in materials that it placed 301,003 shares by private subscription. The Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) registered the share issue, consisting of 1.6 million shares, par value 250 rubles each, on August 12, 2008.
The company placed 18.813% of the issue at 300 rubles per share.
The company had 1.6 million issued ordinary shares, par value 250 rubles each, prior to the share issue. Depositary-Clearing Company is the nominal holder of 83.9% of NOK's shares.
