Russia to hold auctions for six oil, gas properties in Kalmykia on Oct 20-21

MOSCOW. Aug 11 (Interfax) - The Russian Federal Subsurface Resources Agency (Rosnedra) will hold auctions for six oil and gas properties in the Republic of Kalmykia on October 20-21, the agency said in a statement.

Auctions for the Sovkhozny and Kumo-Manychsky properties will be held on October 20. Bids must be submitted to take part in the auctions by September 18.

The starting price for the Sovkhozny property is 51 million rubles. The field, which covers an area of 57.44 square kilometers, has C3 reserves of 9.13 million tonnes of oil and 9.1 billion cubic meters (bcm) of gas, C1 reserves of 2.17 bcm and C2 reserves of 0.27 bcm.

The starting price for the Kumo-Manychsky field is 14.92 million rubles. The field, which covers an area of 1.092 square kilometers, has C3 reserves of 0.25 million tonnes of oil, D1 reserves of 11.1 million tonnes and D1 reserves of 1.2 bcm of gas.

Rosnedra will hold auctions for the Barnusky, Ketchenerovsky, Maisky and the Yustinsky properties on October 21. Bids must also be submitted to take part in the auctions by September 18.

The Barunsky property has a starting price of 1 million rubles. The field, which covers an area of 1,270 square kilometers, has D1 reserves of 6 bcm of gas.

The Ketchenerovsky property has a starting price of 107 million rubles. The field, which covers an area of 1,677 square kilometers, has C3 reserves of 0.5 million tonnes of oil and 160.7 bcm of gas.

The Maisky property has a starting price of 1.5 million rubles. The field, which covers an area of 444.3 square kilometers, has D1 reserves of 2 million tonnes of oil and 2.83 bcm of gas.

The Yustinsky property has a starting price of 3.5 million rubles. The field, which covers an area of 1,253 square kilometers, has C3 reserves of 2.172 bcm of gas and D1 reserves of 9.6 million tonnes of oil.
