FFMS registers Polymetal supplementary share issue

MOSCOW. Aug 14 (Interfax) - The Russian Federal Financial Market Service (FFMS) has registered a supplementary issue of ordinary shares in Russia's top silver producer Polymetal , the FFMS said in materials.

Polymetal plans to sell 84.375 million ordinary shares in a private placement.
