Pharmacy Chain 36.6 extinguishes all debts guaranteed by VeroPharm

MOSCOW. Aug 25 (Interfax) - OJSC Pharmacy Chain 36.6 has extinguished all debts guaranteed by OJSC VeroPharm, company spokesperson Irina Lavrova told Interfax.

"Pharmacy Chain 36.6 refuted a report released today by Protek that a portion of ordered debts guaranteed by VeroPharm were still unpaid," Lavrova said.

"Protek does not have the legal grounds to initiate bankruptcy claims against any company, which is a part of Pharmacy Chain 36.6. Pharmacy Chain 36.6 will continue to carry out its obligations to Protek and is paying the suits in accordance with court decisions and legislation," she said.

Pharmacy Chain 36.6 provided Interfax with payment documents proving that 23.232 million rubles in debt had been extinguished from the enforcement order before August 20 of this year.
