VTB board appoints Titov first deputy chairman

MOSCOW. Aug 25 (Interfax) - The supervisory board at VTB on Tuesday appointed Vasily Titov first deputy chairman of the bank, Central Bank First Deputy Chairman Alexei Ulyukayev, who is a member of the supervisory board, told Interfax.

Titov was previously a deputy chairman. He will replace Vadim Levin, who left the bank in June after seven years of service.
