Gazprom management board to slash 2009 capital expenditures 30%

MOSCOW. Sept 3 (Interfax) - Gazprom's capital expenditures would be slashed 30% to 488.25 billion rubles and the total size of the investment program would decline 17% to 761.53 billion rubles under a draft investment program and budget for 2009 approved by the management board at a meeting on Thursday, the gas giant reported.
