Gazprom Neft, TNK-BP finalize division of Slavneft sales network in Belarus
MINSK. Sept 9 (Interfax) - Gazprom Neft and TNK-BP , which own Slavneft on an equal basis, have finalized the division of the oil company's sales network in Belarus, Vadim Yakovlev, deputy general director for economics and finances at Gazprom Neft, said during a conference call on Wednesday.
Whereas before Gazprom Neft and TNK-BP carried out sales activities in Belarus via Slavneft as a joint venture, the shareholders will now sell products independently, he said.
Slavneft's sales network in Belarus includes 75 gas stations and twelve petroleum depots.
