Russian imports from non-CIS decline 42.8% to $86.3 bln in Jan-Aug
MOSCOW. Sept 11 (Interfax) - Russia imported $86.34 billion worth of goods from non-CIS countries in January-August 2009, down 42.8% from the first eight months of 2008, the Federal Customs Service (FCS) said in a statement.
Imports from the non-CIS were worth $11.6 billion in August, down 4.8% from July 2009.
