Russia's OGK-2 aims to keep IFRS results at H1 level in H2
MOSCOW. Sept 15 (Interfax) - Russia's Wholesale Generating Company No. 2 (OGK-2) expects its financial results under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in the second half of 2009 to be close to the levels seen in the first half of the year, Larisa Klishch, the company's chief accountant, said during a conference call on Tuesday.
OGK-2 boosted IFRS net profit 700% to 820.7 million rubles in the first half of 2009, while sales revenue declined 7.7% to 19.3 billion rubles.
