Danil Nikitin made general director of E4

MOSCOW. Sept 16 (Interfax) - Danil Nikitin, the deputy chairman of OJSC E4 Group, has been made the group's new general director, the company said in a statement.

It was earlier reported that the company's previous general director, Pyotr Bezukladnikov, received an offer to serve as Sistema's vice president. In this position, Bezukladnikov will oversee Sistema's electricity operations.

Sistema's major power asset is Bashkirenergo .

E4 Group, which includes about 15 engineering assets, is controlled by its board chairman, Mikhail Abyzov.
