Danil Nikitin made general director of E4

MOSCOW. Sept 16 (Interfax) - Danil Nikitin, the deputy chairman of OJSC E4 Group, has been made the group's new general director, the company said in a statement.

It was earlier reported that the company's previous general director Pyotr Bezukladnikov received an offer to service as Sistema vice president. In this position, Bezukladnikov will oversee Sistema's electricity operations.

Until recently Nikitin was general director of OOO Ru-Com. As deputy chairman of the E4's board of directors, Nikitin was responsible of perfecting management systems.

As E4's general director, Nikitin will be responsible for improving operations with the group's clients and continuing with the perfection of its management systems.

Nikitin was board in 1972. In 1995, he graduated the Financial Academy of the Russian Government specializing in Finance and Credit. In 1994-1996, he worked in various financial institutions. Starting from 1999, he worked in RAO UES Russia where he ascended from the position of deputy department head to executive director economy, finances and investments of RAO UES' business unit N1.

In 2006, Nikitin was appointed first deputy general director of CJSC Managing Company Kuzbassrazrezugol. Starting from 2007, he was general director of OOO Ru-COM, as well as deputy chairman of the board at OJSC Group E4. He has also sat on board of directors at PowerFuel, OJSC Mostotrest, OJSC Novosibirskenergo and Dalmostostroy.

Sistema's major power asset is Bashkirenergo .

E4 Group, which includes about 15 engineering assets, is controlled by its board chairman, Mikhail Abyzov.
