Rosneft has no borrowing plans until the end of 2009 - Makarov

SOCHI. Sept 18 (Interfax) - Rosneft still has no plans to raise loans or issue bonds before the end of 2009, the vice president of the oil company, Sergei Makarov, told Interfax.

"We are not planning it," he said, when asked about the company's plans to borrow in 2009.

Makarov added: "everything could of course could change but the company still has good liquidity."

Rosneft's debt over the first nine months of 2009 came to $18 billion-$19 billion, he said.
