Ruble corrects downward, bicurrency basket up 6 kopecks to 36.75 rubles

MOSCOW. Sept 21 (Interfax) - The Russian ruble posted substantial losses to open trading on Monday on the MICEX owing to the worsening situation on world stock and commodities market. By 11:30 am Moscow time, the bicurrency basket increased by six kopecks to 36.75 rubles.

By 11:30 am Moscow time, the U.S. dollar increased in Tomorrow trades by 10.2 kopecks to 30.337 rubles/$1. The euro edged up 1.98 kopecks to 44.545 rubles/EUR1.
