Austria's C.A.T. Oil expands 2009 order portfolio with Gazprom Neft, TNK-BP, Rosneft

MOSCOW. Sept 28 (Interfax) - C.A.T. Oil AG has signed additional sidetracking contracts with Russia's Gazprom Neft , TNK-BP and Rosneft for 2009, the Austrian oil service company said in a press release.

The additional contracts will increase the company's 2009 order portfolio by roughly 6.5%, or by 14 million euros, to 228 million euros.

The press release says that sidetracking is one of the most dynamically developing parts of the company's business. C.A.T. Oil increased drilling capacity from two drilling installations in 2006 to fourteen in 2008.

C.A.T. Oil AG provides services to develop remote fields in Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries. The company's biggest clients include Gazprom , Lukoil , Rosneft, TNK-BP as well as Kazakh oil and gas producers.
