Putin meets with officials from sovereign funds and investment cos, Telenor chief

MOSCOW. Sept 29 (Interfax) - Prime Minister Vladimir Putin met with the chief of Norwegian Telenor and officials from sovereign funds and investment companies on the sidelines of the Russia Calling investment forum organized by VTB Capital, Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov reported.

At a working lunch, Putin met with the head of Norwegian Telenor Jon Fredrick Baksaas, representatives from Capital Research, Lansdowne Partners, TCW, Artio Global Investment and Nord Stream AG, and with the representatives of sovereign funds in Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Oman and Singapore.

Putin also met briefly on Tuesday with Indian Industry and Trade Minister Anand Sharma, who is taking part in the Russian-Indian forum in Moscow.
