Oil product duties could be aligned on Jan 1
MOSCOW. Oct 1 (Interfax) - Export duties for dark and light petroleum products could be aligned from January 1, 2010, a deputy Russian economic development minister said.
"We proposed to do this as early as January 1," Andrei Slepnev told reporters.
