Govt commission okays Sayano-Shushenskaya power plant restoration plan

MOSCOW. Oct 3 (Interfax) - A government commission on Saturday approved a plan for restoring Russia's Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power plant, put out of service by an explosion in August, and a draft government directive to organize restoration work, Energy Minister Sergei Shmatko, told reporters after a commission meeting.
