Sayano-Shushenskaya accident caused by transmission line fire

MOSCOW. Oct 3 (Interfax) - The August 17 accident that halted Russia's Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power plant, claiming 75 lives, had been indirectly caused by fire the evening before on an electricity transmission line running from Bratskaya hydroelectric power plant, the government's Rostekhnadzor watchdog said on Saturday.
