Acron could lower 2009 EBITDA 60% to $250 mln

MOSCOW. Oct 7 (Interfax) - Acron could close 2009 with earnings before taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of $250 million (approximately 8 billion rubles), analysts at VTB Capital said following a meeting with the fertilizer producer's management.

This would be more than 60% lower than the $703 million (17.475 billion rubles) posted for 2008.

EBITDA in the first half of 2009 was 3.687 billion rubles ($111 million).
