Russian federal taxes down one-third in 9 mths
MOSCOW. Oct 8 (Interfax) - Tax returns and other dues payable into Russia's federal budget fell 32% year-on-year in January-September to 2.195 trillion rubles, the Federal Tax Service said on its website.
