Russia to extend import duty on cars by 9 mths
MOSCOW. Oct 9 (Interfax) - The Russian government has decided to extend import duties on cars by another nine months, Industry and Trade Minister Viktor Khristenko told reporters.
"The decision to preserve the existing procedure for imports applies to both new and second-hand imported cars and commercial vehicles," Khristenko said.
The government decree on this has not yet been signed, but it will be soon, he said.
