Seasonally adjusted industrial output rose 0.4% in Sept - Klepach

MOSCOW. Oct 15 (Interfax) - Seasonally adjusted industrial output rose 0.4% in September compared with August, Deputy Economic Development Minister Andrei Klepach said in a statement released by the ministry.

Seasonally adjusted industrial output rose 0.2% in August compared with July.

Output in the processing sector rose 0.6% in September compared with August on a seasonally adjusted basis (0.5% in August compared with July).

Rosstat reported earlier on Thursday that industrial output in September fell 9.5% compared with the same month last year, but rose 5.1% compared with August. The Rosstat data is not seasonally adjusted.

Industrial output in the first nine months of the year fell 13.5% year-on-year.
