ASHGABAT. Oct 15 (Interfax) - One of the reasons why Turkmenistan retains its high investment appeal is its political stability and substantial resources, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow said in his welcome address to the international investment forum which opened in Ashgabat on Thursday.
