OGK-2 disagrees with E4 Group
MOSCOW. Oct 16 (Interfax) - OJSC OGK-2 does not agree with the proposals of E4 Group to solve the conflict revolving around the dissolution of a contract for the construction of two turbines at Stavropol GRES. Instead, the genco insists on a full return of its advance, the head of Gazprom Energoholding, Denis Fedorov, said.
"It [E4's offer] does not suit us. We have sent the necessary response [to the subcontractor]," he said.
At the same time, Ogk-2 has yet to send official documentation to E4 Group with a response to its proposal since the genco is concerned that the subcontractor is using these documents in court to drag out the proceedings, Fedorov said.
