MOSCOW. Oct 19 (Interfax) - Russia's Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin and Energy Minister Sergei Shmatko, along with Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildiz and Italian Minister of Economic Development Claudio Scajola, signed a joint declaration on Monday in Milan regarding the construction of the Samsun-Ceyhan oil pipeline from the Black Sea to the Mediterranean, Italy's Eni, a participant in the project, said in a statement.
