Svyazinvest board approves reorganization via merger of regional cos to Rostelecom

MOSCOW. Oct 20 (Interfax) - The board of directors of Russian telecommunications holding Svyazinvest approved the plan for reorganizing the holding at a meeting on Tuesday.

The reorganization will be carried out by merging the interregional telecoms to national long-distance operator Rostelecom , Svyazinvest said in a statement.
