Dollar, euro gain against ruble at open on Mon
MOSCOW. Nov 2 (Interfax) - The dollar and euro gained against the ruble in the first minutes of trading on the MICEX currency exchange on Monday amid rising ruble liquidity indicators.
The dollar opened trading in "tom" contracts at 29.16 rubles/$1, approximately 10 kopecks above the close on Friday and the Central Bank's exchange rate.
The euro opened at 43.05 rubles/1 euro, 5 kopecks above the previous close and near the official exchange rate for Monday.
The bicurrency basket ($0.55 and 0.45 euro) gained to 35.4 rubles, about 7 kopecks above the previous close.
