MOSCOW. Nov 5 (Interfax) - General Motors's decision not to sell Opel will not harm Russia's interests, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said at a government session on Thursday.
"This will not harm our interests," he said.
"This won't infringe on our interests, but does speak to the idiosyncratic attitude the American partners have toward their counterparties," Putin said.
