MOSCOW. Nov 6 (Interfax) - The dollar opened slightly higher against the ruble and the euro declined in the first minutes of trading on the MICEX currency exchange on Friday following improving sentiment on capital markets on Thursday. The ruble was a little higher against the Central Bank's currency basket.

The dollar opened trading in "tom" contracts at 29 rubles/$1, 2 kopecks above the close on Thursday and 13 kopecks below the Central Bank's exchange rate.

The bicurrency basket ($0.55 and 0.45 euro) gained to 35.36 rubles, about 2 kopecks below the previous close.

The Interfax Center for Economic Analysis said the ruble gains against the currency basket beginning on Thursday, stem from improving sentiment on global capital markets.
