Mechel to start placing 5 bln rubles in exchange bonds Nov 13
MOSCOW. Nov 6 (Interfax) - Mechel will start placing 5 billion rubles in first-series exchange bonds in a public auction on the MICEX Stock Exchange on November 13, the coal and metals group said.
Mechel has increased the offering, registered on February 5, from 1 billion rubles to 5 billion rubles.
