CB registers two bond issues for Transcreditbank worth a combined 7 bln rubles

MOSCOW. Nov 11 (Interfax) - The Central Bank of Russia registered Transcreditbank's fifth and sixth series bond issues worth a combined 7 billion rubles, the bank said in a statement.

It was earlier reported that the bank plans to place 3 million bonds for the fifth issue and 4 million bonds for th sixth issue at a face value of 1,000 rubles per bond. The fifth series issue will mature over three years and the sixth series issue - four years. The issues do not include an option for preterm buyback.

OOO Trans-Invest will guarantee the bonds.

The bank currency has issues one through three in circulation worth 11 billion rubles.

Transcreditbank was 14th largest Russian bank by assets at the end of the third quarter of 2009 according to the Interfax-100, compiled by the Interfax Center for Economic Analysis (CEA).
