Atomenergoprom boosts charter capital 18.2% in supplementary placement
MOSCOW. Nov 12 (Interfax) - Atomenergoprom boosted charter capital 18.2% following the placement of a second issue of supplementary shares.
The placement boosted charter capital to 525.115 billion rubles from 444.122 billion rubles previously.
The Federal Tariff Service registered the change on November 9, Atomenergoprom said in materials.
Charter capital is split into ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 rubles each. Under its current charter, Atomenergoprom could issue another 583.929 million ordinary shares.
Indeed, the company plans to sell another 300 million shares totaling 300 billion rubles in a private placement in favor of the Rosatom state corporation and/or Rosimushchestvo before October 10, 2010.
The shares might be paid for in cash via budget financing for programs in the nuclear sector and in assets. This includes stakes in eight nuclear sector companies, six of which are being formed from state unitary enterprises (FGUP).
