Southern telecom could drop bond plans
MOSCOW. Nov 13 (Interfax) - Southern telecommunications could drop plans to place 7 billion rubles in exchange bonds next year.
"We expect to deliver a strong investment program next year while reducing debt at the same time. We don't plan to borrow additional funds if current rates persist," Vyacheslav Kozelsky, CFO, told reporters.
