Central Bank expects corporate lending to resume growth in Q1 2010

MOSCOW. Nov 16 (Interfax) - The Central Bank of Russia expects bank lending to corporate entities to resume growth in the first quarter of 2010, a senior bank official said.

"This is an issue of several months. Perhaps in the first quarter of next year," Central Bank First Deputy Chairman Alexei Ulyukayev said when asked when growth in lending would resume.

Ulyukayev also expects lending to individuals to begin growing again in 2010.
